Commenced training as a Biomedical Scientist in University Hospital of North Tees in 2002, progressing to a Senior BMS in July 2012. IT, UK NEQAS CPT EQA and dissection lead for the department, and trained in HER2, D-DISH, Lean practice & clinical leadership.

Joined the Histology department at RVI in May 2015.

Currently studying for the IBMS Expert Role in Specimen Dissection Portfolio.
