In the departments of Laboratory Medicine we are always trying to improve the service we provide to patients and users of our service. We, therefore, encourage everyone to send us feedback as this will help us know where our service may, or may, not be fully meeting the needs of our users.  In this way we can continually improve the service we offer.

We are always delighted to receive positive comments about our staff and services and we use these to highlight where things are working well. Concerns

We don’t always get things right and acknowledge that, regrettably, things don’t always go to plan. Voicing your concerns allow us to learn from the experience and improve the service we provide.
