Special Chemistry

The Special Chemistry laboratory is based at the Freeman hospital site and provides important diagnostic testing for various clinical disciplines, including urology, neuro-oncology, and gastroenterology. Using a diverse range of manual assay techniques, including HPLC, LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS, the Special Chemistry Team is at the forefront of assay and method development as well as provision of an ever-expanding clinical service.
