Biochemistry, Haematology and Blood Transfusion sections open 24/7 with reduced staffing outside of normal hours and on Bank Holidays.

All other sections open 08:30-17:00 on weekdays, excluding Bank Holidays.

Courier Service

A Normal courier service will be in place

• Up to and including Friday 22rd December (Saturday 23^rd December morning – usual  inter-site Bio-Blood Science Labs run in place)
• Wednesday 27^th– Friday 29^th December  (Saturday 30^th December morning – usual  inter-site Bio-Blood Science Labs run in place)
• Normal service resuming from Tuesday 2^nd January 2022

 

Northumbria Bloods Bikes will be in operation as normal

• Out of hours, on weekends, and on public/Bank Holidays.

If you do not require a late evening collection must advise via nuth.enquiries.courier@nhs.net.
